Quick & Healthy Lamb Kofta Wraps

This one is so simple & delicious not much skill is needed at all! So, if you’re not the greatest in the kitchen this is a recipe for you!



  • 6x Pre-made lamb kofta from your butcher (if your butcher doesn't make these are they even a butcher?) 
  • 6x Lebanese bread/wraps


  • Mixed salad leaves
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Dice half an Avocado

Tzatziki Dressing

  • 1 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1x Lebanese cucumber
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • 1x garlic clove


  1. Put koftas in oven at 180C FF for 15-20min turning halfway through cooking time or cook on the BBQ
  2. Whilst Koftas are cooking, bring your salad together, place mixed salad leave in a salad bowl, halve cherry tomatoes and dice up avo and toss through salad. Put a side
  3. Place 1 cup of greek yoghurt into a serving bowl
  4. Grate the cucumber & and squeeze out liquid, Crush garlic and chop finely put into yogurt and stir until combined
  5. Squeeze lemon into tzatziki & salt to taste
