Quick & Healthy Lamb Kofta Wraps
This one is so simple & delicious not much skill is needed at all! So, if you’re not the greatest in the kitchen this is a recipe for you!
Ingredients
- 6x Pre-made lamb kofta from your butcher (if your butcher doesn't make these are they even a butcher?)
- 6x Lebanese bread/wraps
Salad
- Mixed salad leaves
- Cherry tomatoes
- Dice half an Avocado
Tzatziki Dressing
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 1x Lebanese cucumber
- 1/2 a lemon
- 1x garlic clove
Make
- Put koftas in oven at 180C FF for 15-20min turning halfway through cooking time or cook on the BBQ
- Whilst Koftas are cooking, bring your salad together, place mixed salad leave in a salad bowl, halve cherry tomatoes and dice up avo and toss through salad. Put a side
- Place 1 cup of greek yoghurt into a serving bowl
- Grate the cucumber & and squeeze out liquid, Crush garlic and chop finely put into yogurt and stir until combined
